Personal Training Sessions



These are one on one indoor or outdoor Personal Training Sessions which I will design and cater to your goals and needs. These can be regular sessions designed for your specific health goals, individual training sessions to take you through a new training programme, or individual training sessions to analyse and improve your resistance training for a sport. As the title states these are personal training sessions. The session is specific to you, your needs and wants. Whether you need to improve your movement patterns to reduce your injuries, or to improve effecitiently Jon-Paul can help you with a catered session that will be adjusted to suit you. This will help ensure that you reach your goals not someone elses. We can train outdoors,  or at your house. The choice is yours. 

75€ for 60 minutes.   

105€ for 90 minutes.

330€ for 5 60 minute sessions.
